We opened our first shop at Thankayam -Trikarpur Kasargode and our bee farm at Cheemeni, Kakkadavu. Misinformation, lack of awareness and a general fear of bees meant that there was little support for the project in the beginning. However, with time and education, came an understanding and deep respect for these bees and thus, the venture. Today, we have over 17 products in the market with more in the pipeline, including by products. We aim to have around 25 products in the market by 2022. Apart from this, one of our newer and very exciting ventures include setting up new bee colonies for large landowners. This is not just for the extraction of honey, but also for the trees, orchards, gardens and farms. Spaces with bee colonies provide around 35% more yield due to the extensive natural pollination they provide. We also conduct training for the employees to educate them on methods of safety and handling. Two such projects have already been very successfully completed in Karnataka and we have an ongoing one in Nilambur, Kerala.

Additionally, every year year we give one day training for students of classes KG to VHS regarding the awareness of bees, how to eliminate the fear of caring bees, the importance of existence of bees on earth and why is it essential for human survival and much more.
